About Carolyn Cathey...

I love Colorado Springs! I have lived here since 1979. I was a transplant, having moved from the Central Valley of California. I immediately fell in love with our beautiful city.

I started selling Real Estate in 1989, working for some very large and successful Real Estate companies. In 2003 I started my own company, Colorado Pride Realty, along with a dear friend and colleague Patrick Rios.

Our mission has always been to serve our clients. We have always felt that our main purpose was to get people from point A to point B without brain damage. We understand that buying or selling a home can be stressful. Our intention is to make the path as smooth as we can. I will handle all the details in the transaction.
